Nature put on a show with the recent Lunar Eclipse. It was amazing to capture the series up to the red moon at totality. The whole time it was fingers crossed the cloud would stay away to capture the event, fortunately the cloud stayed away up to totality with the red moon captured between the clouds. The nice thing about the eclipse was being able to share it with my daughter but also having the chance to slow down and enjoy the show unfold whilst enjoying the occasional shooting star. I hope you all got to see the eclipse if you didn't please enjoy the captured series. To View More >>
What better than a cold winters day to be all rugged up and cosy. Let's not forget laughing and clapping to all the favourite nursery rhymes, in this case Incy Wincy Spider. Yes it was windy and raining outside. I can't forget big brother, this was taken in the warmer months. This was his first time playing basketball didn't he do well. You have to love the height he has achieved, not bad for a two year old. To View More >>
There is something special capturing moments with our special animal friends. Often life gets so busy that we forget to capture those little moments that capture our pets personality. It was an honour to capture little Rose while she was still in the energetic kitten phase and Jake who is just as happy rolling on the grass whilst enjoying the last of the Autumn sun. I had such a lovely morning photographing these cute 1 year old cousins. I am sure that they will grow up and have so much fun playing with water and mud. I wonder what adventures they will have as they get more and more active. The newborn to toddler stage is so fast, it is such a joy to capture some memories of this moment in time that can be looked at in years to come. To View More >>
What better than a portrait session that includes both indoors and outdoors. The chance to capture a little bit of each child's personality. Mr D is a 2 1/2 year old bundle of energy who absolutely loves books…..Dr Suess to be exact followed by a run and explore in the big wide world. I love how at this age a little bit of distraction such as sand and shells avoids the wanting to run into the water. Sienna is a 7 1/2 month who loves to observe and have time with her brother. I am sure she is working out what she can do as she becomes more mobile. Capturing your child's personality and interests To View More >>
